Shipping policy

Shipping and delivery

Our shirts are printed especially for you and fulfilled by Printful. Estimated delivery dates and available shipping rates are shown at checkout for your address. These estimates include production and transit time but are not guaranteed.

Processing

Orders normally enter production shortly after they are placed. Once production has started, we may not be able to change the size, design or delivery address, so please check your order carefully before paying.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Tracking can take a short time to update after dispatch.

Split shipments

Items may occasionally arrive in separate parcels if they are produced at different facilities. You will not be charged extra because an order is split.

Delays and incorrect addresses

Carrier delays, severe weather and customs checks are outside our direct control. If an order appears significantly delayed, email hello@notsoseriousrunclub.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or handling charges that may be applied by their country, unless these are collected at checkout.
