Returns and refunds

We hope you love your order. If you change your mind, contact hello@notsoseriousrunclub.co.uk within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn apart from trying on, unwashed and with any labels intact. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the return postage cost. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Personalised or made-to-your-specification items cannot be returned for a change of mind, but your rights still apply if they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please email hello@notsoseriousrunclub.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return costs where a return is required.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and checked, we will issue the refund to your original payment method. Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to show the refund.

Exchanges

Because each shirt is printed to order, the quickest way to change size is usually to return the original item and place a new order. Contact us first and we will help.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
